<p>PIKEVILLE, Ky. &#8212; Two Knott County residents were taken to jail on a variety of charges, after being pulled over in Pike County.</p>



<p>Police say Daniel Haines, 49, of Mousie, and Jacqueline Holbrook, 36, of Leburn, both appeared under the influence when they were pulled over on a motorcycle for having no valid plate.</p>



<p>Officers reported finding meth, cocaine, and a stolen gun on Haines, while Holbrook allegedly tried to hide a bag of oxycodone pills by tossing it under the police car.</p>



<p>Haines is now charged with trafficking in meth and cocaine, receiving stolen property, DUI and a number of traffic violations. Holbrook is charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.</p>



<p>Both are being held in the Pike County Detention Center.</p>

<p><a href="https://mountain-topmedia.com/pike-man-set-to-change-plea-in-child-porn-case/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Last week, Lonnie James Maynard, 54, of Raccoon, asked the court to allow him to change his plea</a>, saying he had reached an agreement with prosecutors.</p>



<p>On Monday, a signed copy of that agreement was placed into the record, detailing the terms of that agreement.</p>



<p>Maynard is charged with production and possession of child porn. He is accused of coercing a boy into engaging in sexually-explicit conduct to produce photos or videos.</p>



<p>The plea agreement indicates Maynard will plead guilty to producing child porn in exchange for the possession charge being dropped. Maynard admits in the agreement that he communicated with a boy through Snapchat, convincing the youth to send him an explicit photo and video.</p>



<p>Maynard will appear in an Ashland federal courtroom to formalize his plea next Monday. Once he does, he will face a sentence of 15-to-30 years in prison.</p>

<p>Randy Keathley, 57, was arrested last October after Pikeville Police responded to a panic alarm at his home. </p>



<p>When they arrived, they found him outside, saying he&#8217;d just had a new security system installed and had pressed the panic button to see if it worked. But police soon discovered he was wanted on three warrants and placed him under arrest.</p>



<p>After telling police he had soiled himself and asking to change clothes, officers found fentanyl hidden in his dirty clothes.</p>



<p>Keathley was indicted by a federal grand jury on charge of possession of fentanyl with the intent to distribute in January and entered a guilty plea in April. On Thursday, he was sentenced to five years in prison.</p>



<p>Keathley is currently being held in the Pike County Detention Center, awaiting transfer to the federal prison system.</p>
